The NJA Farewells Jackson’s Row Synagogue in Manchester

The NJA bids farewell to the Manchester reform synagogue on Jackson’s Row after 70 years of serving the local Jewish community.

The synagogue was the second oldest reform community in the UK and members of the community will now relocate to a temporary site at Manchester University’s chaplaincy on Oxford Road.

The NJA is committed to promoting Jewish life in the UK and wishes the Manchester reform community all the best as it finds a new home.
