Dear Members, Supporters, and Friends,
As we enter Pesach, a festival celebrating our liberation, we find ourselves reflecting on the trials our community faces today. Our people remain under threat—hostages still held by Hamas in Gaza, Israel facing attacks on multiple fronts, and a rise in unbridled antisemitism affecting Jews in the UK and worldwide.
Yet, as we read in the Passover Hagadah, “In each and every generation they rise up against us to destroy us. And the Holy One, blessed be He, rescues us from their hands.” This powerful message reminds us of our enduring strength and resilience throughout history.
This Pesach, let us come together in spirit and resolve, reaffirming our commitment to freedom and justice for all. May this time of reflection bring strength and solidarity to our community.
