The National Jewish Assembly (NJA) expresses its deepest condolences to the family and friends of Maia and Rina Dee, aged 20 and 15, and their mother Lucy, aged 45, who were murdered in a terrorist attack carried out by a 15-year-old Palestinian gunman on Friday evening in Judea and Samaria.
The NJA condemns in the strongest terms the senseless violence and terror inflicted upon innocent Israeli civilians by Palestinian terrorists. The brutal attack on the Dee family is a stark reminder of the ongoing threat posed faced by Israeli citizens and the wider Jewish community.
The NJA’s thoughts and prayers are with the Dee family and their loved ones during this time of unimaginable loss and sorrow. The NJA stands in solidarity with the people of Israel and the global Jewish community as they mourn the loss of these precious lives.
The NJA calls on the UK government to condemn this callous act of Palestinian terrorism and to immediately suspend funding for Palestinian organisations until a thorough audit has been conducted to confirm that UK taxpayer money is not going towards funding the so-called “Pay to Slay” program administered by the Palestinian Authority.
The NJA stands with Israel as it takes necessary measures to to bring an end to Palestinian violence and to work towards a future of peace and security in Israel.
May the memory of Maia, Rina, and Lucy Dee be a blessing to all who knew and loved them.
