As we approach the one-year mark since the tragic events of October 7th, 2023, the National Jewish Assembly (NJA) is proud to announce our latest solidarity mission to Israel, “We Shall Prevail: Feel Connected, Feel Israel.” Scheduled for 9th – 12th September 2024, this mission is now accepting expressions of interest and promises to be an experience of profound reflection and support.
This mission is more than just a visit; it is a powerful statement of solidarity with Israel during these challenging times. Our journey will provide participants with an immersive experience into the resilience and spirit of Israel. The timing of this mission is significant, as it allows us to look back on a year that has brought both profound change and new challenges to Israel and the Jewish people.
Staying at the esteemed Dan Panorama Hotel in Jerusalem, participants will have the opportunity to witness firsthand the realities that Israel faces. From engaging with local leaders and communities to visiting key sites that have borne the brunt of conflict, this trip is designed to deepen our understanding and strengthen our connection to Israel.
This mission is an opportunity for us to connect deeply with Israel, understand the ongoing issues firsthand, and show our unwavering support. By being there in person, we can truly grasp the magnitude of Israel’s struggles and the resilience of its people. The trip costs £965 per person based on double occupancy and £1280 for single occupancy, with an early bird discount of 10% if booked by Friday, 21st June 2024. This includes three nights’ accommodation, breakfast, packed lunch, private coach transport, and a guide. Please note that flights, travel, and health insurance are not included.
As we come together for this important journey, I invite you to join us and make your voice heard. Your participation will not only demonstrate solidarity but also provide a platform to engage with the critical issues facing Israel today.
