The National Jewish Assembly Stands in Solidarity with Eli Community in Face of Palestinian Terrorist Attack

The National Jewish Assembly (NJA) expresses its deepest condolences to the victims and their families affected by the heinous terrorist shooting attack near the city of Eli in the Binyamin region. The NJA stands in solidarity with the injured as they undergo medical treatment and prays for their full recovery. This act of senseless violence is a stark reminder of the ongoing threat posed by Palestinian terrorism, which arbitrarily targets Israelis with acts of violence.

The NJA unequivocally condemns the Palestinian terrorists who callously opened fire at innocent Israeli civilians, leaving behind a trail of devastation. Such acts of terror have no place in any civilized society and serve only to deepen divisions and alienate prospects of a peaceful resolution to the conflict. The NJA commends the swift response of the armed civilian who neutralised one attacker, preventing further harm, and for the Israeli forces’ success in finding the second Palestinian gunmen, who was also neutralised.

The NJA extends its appreciation to the Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency medical teams and paramedics who acted heroically, providing immediate and life-saving assistance to the wounded. Their dedication and professionalism are a testament to the strength and resilience of Israel’s emergency response system.

It is crucial that the Israeli security forces thoroughly investigate this incident and pursue all leads to ensure that justice is served. The NJA calls on the international community to condemn this act of terror and stand firmly against those who perpetrate violence and seek to harm innocent civilians.

The NJA will continue to monitor the situation and support Israel’s necessary measures to ensure the safety and security of its people in the face of Palestinian terrorism.
